This Dazzling Elegance Reflective Cozy Head Scarf combines glamour with safety and style!
A design of Star Silhouettes made of 3M Reflective Scotchlite are bonded to a delicate black polyester mesh covered in tiny silver stars. The 3M designs are a metallic grey/silver colour in daylight but become stunningly bright and HIGHLY VISIBLE at night by reflecting light from the glare of vehicle headlights to drivers from approximately 500 feet (150M) away.

Both sides of scarves are embellished with 3M reflective material, so you can be visible to drivers at night coming or going, even if the wind flips your scarf over. The scarf must be visible from both the front and back sides of your body to be effective. 
Lined with black fleece to keep you warm.
