This Ruffled Reflective Shawl is made of soft black polyester with 3M reflective ruffle trim around the entire bottom edge. Toss it over your shoulders or tie the ends together. A discrete loop & button hidden at the neckline also allows you to transform the shawl into a cape with full 3M reflective visibility front and back.
